CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - Overnight Tours - there will be a full refund of deposit if cancellation occurs at least 45 days prior to departure, less a $50 non-refundable administrative fee. Cancellations received between 31 and 45 days prior to departure will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a $200 administrative fee plus all cancellation charges assessed by suppliers. Individual no-shows on tours will be subject to loss of payment. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of a tour. All cancellations must be in writing. |

TRIP INSURANCE - Ely & Associates offers trip cancellation insurance through Insure America. Applications for this (optional) insurance will be given upon request. If insurance is purchased within 7 days of initial trip payment, the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion will be waived. Trip cancellation insurance must be purchased no later than the final trip payment. If you cancel before the final payment, we will do our best to get back your insurance payment. |

GRATUITIES FOR THE DRIVER - Gratuities are a personal way of saying “job well done” and “thank you” for making my tour so special. Gratuities for the driver are included in your per person package price. |

RATES QUOTED - rates quoted are based on tariffs and exchange rates current at time of printing and are subject to change up to departure time of tour. However, the right is reserved to make any changes with or without notice that might become necessary prior to the departure time of the tours. Additional expense, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. |

TRAVEL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS - Travel by airline requires each person to have a picture identification card, such as a driver's license, or passport. |

RESPONSIBILITY - Ely & Associates will act only in the capacity of an agent for the airlines, motorcoaches, hotels/motels and other suppliers stated on the tour literature because of its status as an agent and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these travel service suppliers. |

Ely & Associates can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which mat be occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful negligent, or unauthorized acts or omission on the part of any these suppliers, (2) any wrongful negligent or unauthorized acts or omission on the part of any employee of any of these suppliers, (3) any defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, (4) any airline delays, strikes or sudden flight cancellations due to weather or equipment, (5) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise of Ely & Associates. |
